Sheridan Books’ E-Business Center allows you to transfer your project files via a secure connection to our Digital Prepress department. You can get your projects started quickly by transferring your files for text, covers, dust jackets, fonts, or correction pages.

By using the "Sendfile" application you can be assured of completed file transmission and instant, automatic notification to your Customer Service Representative that your files have arrived. In addition, for our customers that need to retrieve files from our server we have "Getfile", which notifies you via an email message when your files are ready to be downloaded and provide a direct link to your files.

Please note, the "Sendfile" application will be discontinued after June 27, 2008. Contact your Customer Service Representative for information and passwords to use our new Kodak InSite Prepress Portal.

You may need to download or update the Java applet to access SBI's Sendfile E-Business Center. Please click here to download the applet. A common error is "javasocket.error" which requires you to update your version of Java.

To assist with your file submission via our FTP site please review these guidelines:
• Use only alphanumeric characters in your file names, do not use special characters.
• Limit the file name to 30 characters or less.
• File(s) being uploaded should not exceed 400MB in size. If over 400MB, the file(s) must be submitted on removable media.
